We can provide you with a tailored service to assess your current staff or potential new staff to ensure that your company image is maintained by ensuring your vehicles are driven in a safe, respectful manner whilst still maintaining the highest service levels.
Once assessed, staff development and working practices can be discussed. Training is best done in the usual vehicles driven. But if not possible, our vehicle can be used. Your staff will be coached in safe defensive driving. We will increase their awareness of how their actions can affect other road users. We can also work with your office-based staff to help them understand their responsibilities and how they can affect road safety in their role.
Fuel, tyres and wear on vehicles can be a big expense. If your drivers are not using the highest driving standards they can affect your running costs markedly. This is not to say that their driving is unsafe but it may be uneconomic. With more understanding of their driving actions, and with coaching they can make adjustments to the way they drive that should result in substantial savings in fuel and reduced wear and tear on your vehicles. Your staff should also be less fatigued and therefore safer drivers.
